Responsibilities
• Work on a crew to construct, erect, install, or repair structures and/or fixtures made of wood and/or steel.
• Construct building frameworks, including partitions, joists, studding, rafters, stairways, window and door frames.
• Install flooring, siding, and/or roofs.
• Install cabinets, drywall, and/or insulation.
• Must be able to load and unload materials, transport them throughout the work area.

Requirements
• Must be able to move/handle heavy objects (over 50 pounds).
• Must have no fear of heights (to work from lifts and on metal roofs).
• Be willing to work during all weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license.
• Experience preferred, but willing to train.

• Must be able to coordinate subcontractors.
• Must be able to complete and turn in job reports.
• Must be able to run a construction crew.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities
• Estimate and supervise multiple projects.
• Establish construction schedules and maintain jobs within scheduled timeframes.
• Conduct project meetings with subcontractors.
• Work with admin staff to issue subcontractor agreements, track submittals, and manage change orders.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to job sites and maintain quality control.
• Maintain project budgets.
• Must have strong technical and communication skills.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
• Three (3) years experience preferred.
